Solo
The shop that finally answers everyone, including at night.
- Your shop connected: the agent shows the product, quotes the real price and adds it to the cart
- WhatsApp and the widget on your site
- Appointments booked straight into your calendar
The whole product in every plan. The only thing you pick is a volume of conversations.
Firm prices, no lock-in.
The shop that finally answers everyone, including at night.
When enquiries come in every day, not just on Saturdays.
Several storefronts, several teams, one thread.
You resell Convosia to your clients, under your own name.
You give us your shop address. We do the rest — and your agent is answering customers before the end of the week.
What you have to do: give us your shop address. That is all.
Custom styling, checkout flow, product pages: we touch the site itself when that is what blocks the sale.
Not on WooCommerce or Shopify, or stock living elsewhere? We plug our API into what you already have.
Those two are quoted after we have seen your shop. We do not price work we have not looked at.
Our team trains the agent on your business, connects WhatsApp, writes the answers to the questions that keep coming back, and trains your staff. You answer three questions and watch.
Switch to annual and setup is −30% offWe do not lock a feature away to push you up a tier. The knowledge base, appointments, human handover, the API — they are in Solo exactly as they are in Collectif. What changes between plans is the number of conversations.
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, pages from your site. The agent cites its source.
Slots, confirmation, reminder — inside the conversation.
Your number, connected without a developer.
One line to paste; the look is set on screen.
The agent steps aside and you are told by email or Slack.
Cart, tracking, and the orders from your WooCommerce shop.
The agent knows which page the customer is on: “this one” points at something.
The product goes into the cart from the conversation, with no extra page in between.
Questions asked in the thread, answers filed.
What the agent may not say, and why it stopped.
Slack, Google Drive, Airtable — and your shop.
Your tokens, your webhooks, your tools plugged in.
What the agent resolved, and what it brought in.
Your conversations train no model, and you export or erase everything whenever you want.
Not your audience, not your contacts, not the number of messages. One customer writing in and the agent answering is one conversation — whether they ask one question or twenty. You do not pay more because your agent was patient.
The counter resets every month. You watch it live in your settings.
These are on our roadmap and not in the product. We would rather tell you here than during the demo.
You are warned before the limit. We do not cut an agent off mid-conversation: you move up a plan or you call us, and nothing stops in between.
Yes, up or down, with no minimum term. The change takes effect immediately.
Yes. Importing PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT and web pages, semantic search, the source cited in the answer — from Solo. It is the central difference with what is sold next door.
No. WhatsApp connects by scanning a code, the widget is one line to paste, and the agent starts from a written industry template.
Convosia never broadcasts and keeps to the pace of a normal conversation. That is the only use that puts a number at risk, and we do not offer it.
Convosia is not deployed yet: we will name the host the day the contract is signed, and not before. What we can say today: your conversations train no model, and the full list of providers that see them — with their region — is published on our Security page.
Not necessarily. Solo, Studio and Collectif already connect your WooCommerce shop, show your products and add them to the cart — it is the same product for everyone. The Clé en main plan adds no feature: it adds US. Setup, importing your catalogue, writing the answers, matching the widget to your brand and the monthly report are done by our team. Take it if you have no time to do it yourself.
Because it speaks to shops that sell in dollars and compare with tools billed in dollars. It is a firm price, not a conversion. The CFA franc amount is firm too: neither moves with the exchange rate.
Because a Paris price makes no sense in Abidjan. The CFA franc is our reference currency; euro and dollar are converted from it, and you can change currency at the top of this page.
You will see what it answers before connecting anything.
