Cookie policy
Courtesy translation. The French version is the binding one — the contract is governed by Ivorian law and the OHADA uniform acts.
This site currently stores only what is strictly necessary to sign you in and keep you safe. No analytics, no advertising, nothing shared with a third party. The day we add a tracker, a banner will ask for your agreement before it loads — and nothing will load if you decline.
What a cookie is, and what we mean by it
A cookie is a small file a site places in your browser. The rules reach wider than the word: they also cover local storage and anything read from or written to your device. This page therefore says “cookie” for all of it, and names the actual technique wherever it differs.
What we store today
Three things, all strictly necessary, and none of them asks for your consent — the law exempts whatever is indispensable to the service you asked for. The session cookie keeps you signed in from page to page; it expires after two hours of inactivity. The anti-forgery token protects forms against a submission triggered from another site; it lasts for the session. And if you open the chat bubble, a conversation identifier is written to your tab’s storage — not a cookie, and it never travels to a third-party server — so that refreshing the page does not make you start over; it disappears when the tab closes.
What we do not store
No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no social network pixel, nothing shared with an ad network. That is why no banner is shown to you today: asking permission to store what we do not store would be pointless at best, misleading at worst.
The day this changes
We plan to measure audience and to open advertising. The day either tool is installed, three things happen together: this page lists the tracker, its publisher and its lifetime; a banner asks for your agreement; and the tracker loads only after you accept. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting — one click, in the same place, at the same size.
Withdrawing or changing your choice
While no tracker is installed, there is no choice to withdraw. Afterwards, your decision is kept for six months and then asked again, and you may change it at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer. Your browser also lets you block or erase what is stored, independently of us — at the cost, for necessary cookies, of no longer being able to sign in.
