Delete your data
Courtesy translation. The French version is the binding one — the contract is governed by Ivorian law and the OHADA uniform acts.
Deletion happens from your own workspace, without writing to us and without waiting for a reply. It erases the organisation, its agents, its conversations and its connections. You have seven days to change your mind; after that, it cannot be undone.
Delete your Convosia account
Sign in, open Settings then the Account tab, and scroll to “Delete organisation”. Deletion is confirmed by typing your organisation’s exact name — a checkbox is easy to tick by accident, a typed name is not. It runs seven days later: signing in during that window cancels it. After that, the data leaves our live systems, and our backups within ninety days at most.
Disconnect Facebook, Messenger or Instagram
To remove access to your Pages without deleting your account, open Connectors then Messenger and click “Disconnect”. The token is destroyed and our app unsubscribes from your Page. You can also revoke access from Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites — Convosia is listed there with a remove button. Both paths reach the same result.
What is erased, and what cannot be
Erased: your organisation, your agents and their knowledge bases, your conversations and their messages, your contacts, your appointments, your third-party connections and their tokens. Not erased: accounting records, which the law requires us to keep for ten years, and anonymised technical logs, kept for twelve months. Neither contains any conversation content.
Your own customers’ data
Someone who wrote to your agent has no account with us: you, not we, answer for their data. Send us their request from your workspace or by email, and we carry it out as a processor, within the timescales of the data processing agreement.
Export before you delete
Export is requested from the same screen and returns a file containing your conversations, contacts and settings. Do it before deleting: afterwards we cannot reconstruct anything, which is exactly what deletion must guarantee.
Writing to us
If you cannot reach your workspace, write to ceo@novaxisgroup.tech from the account’s address. We handle these requests within thirty days. You keep the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
