The Convosia service, available at convosia.app, is published by the following company.

Convosia subscriptions are entered into with Novaxis Group LLC, a company incorporated in New Mexico, United States. It is the entity that contracts with customers, collects payments and owns the Convosia brand. It is also the entity verified by our payment providers and by Meta.

Development, support and technical operations for Convosia are carried out from Abidjan by NOVAXIS SARL U, which works on behalf of Novaxis Group LLC. That is why an Ivorian address, an Ivorian phone number and an Abidjan time zone appear on this site alongside a US address: these are two distinct legal entities, each in its own role — not two contradictory versions of the same one.

The service is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, in a datacenter located in the United Kingdom, a country covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

Convosia is the brand of Novaxis Group LLC, operated on convosia.app. The novaxisgroup.tech domain is the group’s corporate domain and serves as a contact address for both companies. Both domains belong to the same group, under the same individual, Kouassi Christian; they do not designate the same legal entity, and sections 02 and 03 state which one does what.

The Convosia brand, the software, its interface, its texts and its graphic elements are the exclusive property of NOVAXIS SARL U. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is forbidden. The content you upload into the platform — documents, catalogues, conversation history — remains entirely yours.
