Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the Convosia platform, published by NOVAXIS SARL U. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance.

Convosia lets you build conversational agents backed by a knowledge base, connect them to WhatsApp Business and to a web widget, handle incoming conversations, book appointments, collect form answers, track orders and hand over to a human. Other channels and other features are announced on the site as not yet open; they are not covered by these terms until they are.

The client is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from its account. It undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. An account is personal; reselling it is forbidden.

The client undertakes to comply with Meta’s rules on business messaging, to write only to contacts who have consented to being contacted, not to use the platform for mass unsolicited outreach, nor to distribute illegal, misleading or infringing content. Breaching these rules may result in suspension of the account without notice, as well as sanctions by Meta on the client’s number, for which Convosia cannot be held liable.

The CFA franc is the reference currency of the catalogue. Prices shown in another currency are either explicitly set or converted and rounded, and the pricing page states which of the two applies; the currency and amount that count are those confirmed at subscription. The subscription is billed in advance, per period, and renews until cancelled. Conversation fees charged by Meta are passed on at cost, with no markup. Any month started is due.

Convosia uses reasonable means to keep the service running. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, or because Meta’s or our other providers’ interfaces are unavailable, over which Convosia has no control. No numerical availability guarantee is given.

Convosia provides a tool; the content produced by an agent follows from the configuration made by the client, who is responsible for it towards its own customers. The liability of NOVAXIS SARL U is in any event limited to the sums actually paid over the last twelve months.

The client may cancel at any time from its account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund. Convosia may terminate for serious breach, after a formal notice left unanswered for fifteen days, save for manifestly abusive use justifying immediate suspension.

These terms are governed by Ivorian law and the OHADA uniform acts. Failing an amicable settlement within thirty days, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abidjan Commercial Court.
