What the agency workspace does today.

It exists, it is live, and here is exactly what is in it. We would rather show you a small true thing than promise you a large one.

  • A separate workspace per client — its conversations, its agents, its knowledge base
  • The list of your clients and where each one is in its setup
  • Creating a new client from your own account
  • Data separation: one client never sees anything of another
What it does not do yet
  • Usage and cost per client in a single table
  • Cascade billing — you invoice your clients yourself
  • White label: your own domain and your colours on the app

Those three are on our roadmap and not in the product. This site’s design kit already showed them, labelled “real, not illustrative” — that was false, and we took it out.
